📦 Return & Exchange Policy

✨ Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale, clearance, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

✉️ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at seoblessed@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Just let us know! We’ll do our best to bless you with the right replacement, depending on availability.

🙏 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll fix it promptly.
